• Opened or used products may be subject to a partial refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages (unless we made an error).

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within one billing cycle after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• If applicable, a small handling fee may be deducted for return label usage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
