• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship only within the United States of America (USA).

• Delivery Method & Timeframe: Orders are shipped via ground courier service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

• Delays: Perfume Dropstore (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

3. Return and Refunds Policy
